"Great docs. 1-Star because of poor management. They have taken on too many patients--Primary Care AND Physical Therapy. PCP never available for a sickness service--have to go to Urgent Care. Takes 2 months to get a non-urgent visit. Takes 4 months to get a well visit. The don't even have any PA's. Same with PT--takes a month to get in and then they only schedule 1 a week, have cancelled on me, but cannot get in for 3 more weeks. I already moved PT to a new location. Now moving all 5 of us to a new PCP. Sad because we love the docs, but if they aren't available then it makes the entire practice sub-par."

"While the doctor and staff were friendly and nice I can't say the same for the billing department. I went in for a wellness exam and paid my co-pay. 4 months later I then get a bill from uchealth that was over $600. I confirmed that the doctor was covered under my insurance before making my appointment. The insurance company needed additional information from uc-health which they failed to provide or contact them so the insurance denied the claim. Uchealth did not bother contacting the insurance company and decided to bill me for the amount due. Very frustrating!!! Never dealing with them again!"
