I had a facial fracture and went from doctor to a walk-in CT they completed in 20 minutes, no notice, and had results off to a surgeon within 30 minutes. They were wonderful and simplified what should be a nightmare to navigate. Thank you so much! Super friendly staff too."

"WHOA! What is happening at this location??? I had an MRI tonight and just about dropped over when I walked in! There is a MAJOR sewer backup in the building - not sure if Tokyo Joe's is having the same issue but WHERE/WHO is the building manager/owner??? Toxic sewer gases about made me throw up. The changing rooms and imaging rooms were even worse. I asked the employees to open doors to bring fresh air into the building. The employees were so apologetic and explained that their employer, Health Images, has done everything they can and even had a sewer line inspection performed, with a camera, and everything on their side was fine. All I can say is that the building owner better step up ASAP and identify the source & fix it. This is beyond disgusting and compromised clients of Health Images should NEVER be subjected to such toxins in a healthcare facility. Apparently, this has been ongoing for 3 weeks!!! Unacceptable and all involved should be absolutely ashamed! Someone call the CO Dept of Health or OSHA or a local news reporter."

"They did an amazing job with my nine year old son's very first MRI. They talked him through the process and what to expect, and made sure he felt comfortable. They were so kind and patient."

"Post 2020 I find hospitality missing in health care. This was not the case in my recent visit to the Castle Rock Health Images location. From the moment I walked in every person I interacted with was kind and welcoming and seamed to care about me as a person. Because of how I was treated I knew my health was in good hands. One note: I recommend changing you language around gender on the intake paper work. I identify as nonbinary and checked the "other" box under gender. During my exam there was some back and forth about a pregnancy test before imaging. I made a joke out of it and it made for a more light hearted experience. Had the question been "gender assigned at birth" the appointment would have been more efficient."

"Best day getting x-rays EVER! Eric was the best. In and out in under 5 minutes. The COVID19 best practice award should go to this location. Followed the directions and called them to let them know i had arrived (30 minutes early as requested). 15 minutes later the tech (Eric) called - went in - provided my info and bada- bing bada - boom 2 chest xrays completed and i was on my way! Handicap parking is available right up front and the office is nice and spacious! The staff here was friendly and efficient."
