"I miss understand the lady on the phone said my appointment was at 9:20 and got there at 9:30 I drove 40 mins for my appointment and they didn’t want to see me when they make you wait like an hour when you get there on time and this is all the time I wait to be called from 30 mins to an hour. It’s kind of stupid! I’ve been their patient for a long time but don’t feel like coming here anymore!"
"I have always been taken care of with the utmost respect and courtesy. The Drs and their team are truly great I would never want to go anywhere else for my care. It is hard for me to go to a Dr and the very first time I went there I was totally comfortable and my worries were gone. I have been with the mfhc for many years. It's sad to see someone be so negative. It's not a real thing Sometimes you get what you give."
"Generally rude on the phone, eventually set a appointment for me, which I waited for three weeks for then got a call a few days before saying the doctor was "only doing telephone calls that day". They basically act as if they are doing you a big favor if they manage to fit you in, then don't bother to keep their own appointments."
"I went to see Barb Corcoran for therapy three years ago during one of the lowest points in my life. She immediately gave me the help and resources I needed to heal from an assault and the subsequent traumatic reporting process. She is factual, empathetic, and helpful. She also helped me financially get to therapy when things were very tight for me. I would recommend her to anyone in a similar situation. I'm thankful there were resources like Mountain Family there for me when I needed them the most."
