"Tracy (office manager) and my doctor Shannon Graves have always been so amazing and accommodating. I had some issues with my pharmacy today, and Tracy got in there and fixed it with no issues. She doesn’t make you feel like a bother and she always follows through with what she tells you. That is my experience at least. For me personally, that is important when I look for a health care professional. When I go in for my routine visits, Shannon Graves always and I mean always, takes her time and truly wants to know how I am doing. I never feel rushed and I always feel so cared for when I am around her. Shannon will research numbers for me so I have them when I leave. She asks about my family and makes constant eye contact which I find so respectful. The world has declined in so many ways recently, but having good healthcare shouldn’t. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the front desk ladies are never welcoming and never want to help. It seems to me they would rather pass the task along to someone else. The MA is always so nice when I come in to the office, but trying to get them to give calls back is a task in itself. It would save me having to call over and over to make sure they received a message. That is why I am so familiar with Tracy the Office Manager. She has always picked up the pieces that they drop. Even with these issues, I still love my time here at Summit Primary Care! Thank you Shannon and Tracy, for your continued amazing care!"

"I was taking care of my grandmother full-time when we established care with this primary care clinic. Her first dr, Richard, was given a bunch of paperwork to fill out for me to start getting paid to take care of her instead of continuing to do it for free. And he had made all the wrong selections, almost as though he couldn’t remember which patient he was documenting on. Then my grandmother saw a different provider one or two times who was female. I cannot remember her name. The point of the visit was for her to make certain referrals. We waited months and months and kept calling to check on the status and no one would give us any straight answers until about six months later when they admitted that she forgot to even put in the referral. The referrals were supposed to be for occupational therapy so someone could help her learn the proper way to toilet without getting such a mess everywhere (she wouldn’t listen to me) The other was a referral for someone to be able to diagnose her dementia. The last time we went, they checked her A1c and that’s when we found out they had in her records that she had diabetes and was taking medications that She has never taken. They even sent us bills in the mail for small things that her insurance randomly wouldn’t cover I guess? Working in healthcare I do know that it’s illegal to accept money from somebody on Medicaid so they shouldn’t have been sending her bills. It became too much of a mess for us to go back"

"I was reading a great review on here about how someone was scheduling an appointment to establish care and they did not have to wait weeks upon weeks to be seen. There is a reason why this clinic is able to see patients right away. Good offices do have a wait list because the physicians give great care. I have been here twice and do not plan on going back. My physician had very limited knowledge after my simple bloodwork yielded less than ideal results. Her plan of action was to refer to a specialist in north Denver and after two weeks, I called the specialist and they still had not received the referral from Summit even after I messaged and called Summit asking them to send the referral. You deserve better than the level of care this clinic can give. Your health deserves better."

"Edit 5 to 3 stars- I will have to change doctors to one that can tell me my test results over the phone or online. I cannot take an additional day off of work just for them to go over a blood or urine test with me. I was unaware any offices still required in-person for this. It is really disappointing. Original review will remain below as it is still true. My wife and I had our first visit with Kaili yesterday and it went about as well as I think a doctor visit could ever go. It isn't the fanciest or most up to date facility, but all the staff we interacted with were conversational, professional, and overall pleasant to be around. I feel like all my questions and concerns were properly addressed."

"I love the fact that when I called to schedule my appointment to establish care, they didn’t make me wait weeks upon weeks like other clinics. They accept Medicaid which is even better. I was treated by doctor Shannon and she is just AMAZING. She is very kind and professional. She listened to everything I was saying and prepared the action plan for me. I loved loved loved that she was proactive to set up the needed labs, referrals, etc., and that I didn’t have to beg her to get them set up for me to find out what is going on. I have finally found a doctor that cares about my well being."
