7-Eleven

"I went into the store last night around 11pm. The smell of body odor was so strong I nearly started gagging. This isn't the first time I've experienced this at this store. Your staff seriously needs to start using deodorant."

"This is not the first time this has happened. I went on today and they have a deal on the 12 pack sodas for 2 bucks off when you buy 2. We had a sprite with a 1.25 coupon on it as well. I specifically asked the cashier if he got the coupons and he said yes. We put in our phone number and everything, were supposed to get a dollar off from our rewards. Get to the end after payment and none of the rewards/coupons went through, which of course I didn't notice till we were in the car driving away, since we were in a rush to head to a BBQ. The store is expensive anyway. I never go here for gas if I can help it either. Just a couple miles way, I can usually find gas anywhere from 20-40c cheaper. The only thing it's good for are the amazon lockers. Closest one to my house and prevent porch pirates."

"My partner went in for two big gulps of fresh Pepsi after a long day of work. He returned with two cups of see through bubbles. He told me to just go in and explain and get fresh drinks. I made my drinks processed to the counter to explain to the attendant and he had the audacity to yell at me and accuse me of stealing, I had my boyfriend walk in the store , to which the man only got louder! Customers start accumulating behind us and at this point I’m mortified. We even offered to pay for it a second time. He stood there acting like he was calling the cops and honestly acted drunk or high. Very unprofessional 7-Eleven — they need to take a page from circle k’s hiring manual."

"Every. Single. Time. I go to this 7-11 I get told I can’t deposit money onto my cashapp card. Today it was 4:03 and the men up front say they can’t deposit money after 4 pm. Are we serious? Literally only need to be able to put money onto this card to take Ubers to and from work and you guys make it harder than it needs to be EVERY . TIME. !!"

"I went in earlier today Sunday March 19th cashed in a $10 lottery ticket that was a winner ask the gentleman working to put it on a gas pump which he did the money was put on and when I returned to the store around 11:30 at night the same gentleman told me I had violated their company policy and was banned from the store. He would not give out the manager's name to talk to was very unhelpful in the fact that he could not explain what policy or what even I had done where they would not want my business. Maybe he was just too lazy to ring a few things in around midnight, but I guess the job description didn't include that. The 7-Eleven repeatedly has some of the poorest customer service in the Denver area yet no changes are ever made from top to bottom and if it is a franchise it's a shame that corporate 7-Eleven can't take it over and run it appropriately. I would think an employee would be able to explain to someone why they were not welcome back in the store if they had turned in a winning lottery ticket in Boston gas with the winnings I guess I will find out, in the meantime thank goodness for the million other convenience stores with competent employees and a staff that actually doesn't mind doing their job. Maybe someday I will learn why the store is allowed to tell me why I can't use my own personal money for gas or maybe I'm just crazy and live in bizarre land I hope that the gentleman who put the gas on the pump and then later told me I was banned is it the very least trained to explain the people why certain things happen but based on the management I've seen there I'm surprised they know how to operate a computer where's 7-Eleven oh wait everywhere just turns out the one by me it's full of the incompetent people."
