"Matt has always been accommodating and helpful. Same with Madison (I think that's her name). Over the holidays we desired something to be printed in bulk with many different types of pages and 1) their printer somehow made it look better than on my Mac screen, 2) it was affordably priced for the super high quality, and 3) Wyeth (spelling?) was suuuper helpful in getting it done quickly. As usual (we live nearby), great experience. Thanks to all!"

"I seldom write negative reviews but today's visit to Staples on Centennial was so disappointing. I went in searching for a particular item. I couldn't find a person on the floor to help me. I finally went to the check out desk figuring someone would eventually appear. The salesperson who appeared did not seem interested in helping me and nearly to the point of rudeness. He finally asked someone else where to find this item and that person pointed in the general direction. Neither of them offered to take me to the area and be sure I found the correct item. I actually believe neither of them had training needed to even understand what I was asking for. I have been in this store many times and always received excellent service and am currently a rewards member with rewards to spend. I walked out and went to a competitor."
