"Really good fast food! Always fresh and a must stop when we are in Colorado. Build your own bowl is always a great option. The Spicyaki sauce is my favorite. I am also a big fan of the Niko salad."
"I ordered a build your own bowl with tofu, and the tofu came burnt (see photo). I had to scrape off the burnt side of the tofu squares to salvage them, I did not want to waste food and return the bowl. Definitely disappointing and makes me think twice about going back to this location."
"Absolutely delish! Highly recommend the coconut curry soup substituting udon instead of rice. So fresh, so delicious, so craveable… Love! Extra credit points that the children cleaned their kids plates, too!"
