Salud Family Health Centers

"I got to be honest after reading the reviews I was nervous about going to Salud Family Health. For the past year plus I have been dealing with medical issues that have put me in the ER a few times. Long story short the ER never really helps just gets me comfortable to deal with the pain, lower my blood pressure and always tells me to find a provider then sends me home. After I was discharged from the ER a couple of days ago I looked up providers and found Salud Family Health. From the initial phone call all the way throughout the appointment I was treated with respect and I appreciate Salud for making me feel like they honestly cared about what is going on with me. I was scheduled to meet with Sonia Graber and she really is an asset to the medical industry. I have dealt with other providers this past year and Sonia was the ONLY one that cared. I appreciate you and the ladies at the front desk for making it easy for me and I hope that I can believe in Salud to help me figure out what is going on with me. I would recommend anyone looking for health services to visit Salud and don’t let the negative reviews scare you away."

"Was taking my family there for years, they are always canceling appointments when you show up they say they called to let you know....My wife had been living with a serious heart condition that was never caught onto till we switched providers! Doctors need be trained better."

"My whole family has gone and is still going here, some communication needs to be worked on, but in the end the health care we received from the commerce City location is better than good,all the staff is awesome! "So I used to be a patient at Salud from 2017 to 2019 but then I moved to the Eastern plains and transferred my medical out there and then I came back and since I came back this place is an absolute joke. I have an assistant contact me on Tuesday informing me that they sent a work order over to the health images so I can have an MRI of my neck and my brain yet here it is Friday and they still haven't received anything and they haven't even tried to resend the order and if I wouldn't be contacting them they would never resend the order and then on top of that I'm already seeing a spine specialist and instead of them sending the referral to him like I requested about my neck and my brain they sent it to a completely different office all the way out in Lafayette Colorado. When my spine specialist is which is a closer location to me because I have to come in all the way from the Eastern plains of Colorado on top of having to do everybody's job for them over there because nobody seems to have it together except for the medical assistant Stacy... After I get my MRI taken care I'm just going to look for a new don't waste your time coming here they will not take your health as a priority...... I even asked to speak to a manager a couple weeks ago for the same problems I asked for something to get done and then they do the complete opposite the doctor told me I was going in to see the physical therapist for a physical evaluation for my long-term that was the only reason I was going back to physical therapy because physical therapy has never helped me. They will definitely bring more stress to your life... Mind you I've been coming back since May of 2023 and Dr Esther shin literally has yet to get my medical from my previous doctor although I gave her a disc that had all the information on it. That doctor is literally like sitting across from an AI no emotion is like is she even breathing.... And mind you I'm not just an individual that has regular problems I'm 43 years old and my body is falling apart because of a back surgery that I had and they look at you so judgmental when you go in there why like why your job isn't there to judge me your job is there to listen to me and how to figure out what the problem is but yet I had to request to have Stephanie Miller as my doctor because Esther shin just doesn't seem to care but with the staff there and the way that they act and the way that they are they never leave notes that they spoke with the patient so when you call in to try to talk about that situation there's no record. If I could give 10 negative stats...."

"How sad I has told my daughter we go therapy but get ready to go therapy but call me 2 time in morning to call me I have make appointment next day then next day move day!? 2 time change appointment like I need help the don't care just little girl I am mom try help why I guess them have kids family or husband whatever happened same like me but problem not help! I understand the therapy have emergency out but I do t know her but I was ready for help but no!"
