"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and uncaring staff. The receptionist verbally assaulted me the minute I walked through the door for being 9 mins late and promptly told me that they had cancelled my appointment. There wasn’t a single soul in the waiting area so I guess no one else is willing to put up with their rudeness either. The offices in the building do not go in numerical order so I spent at least 5 mins trying to find the right door. Doesn’t matter, I can see from other reviews that I’m lucky to have missed my appointment and that it’s best to go elsewhere. I would advise that you do the same. Responding to your hostile response. You’re really going to get an attorney involved because I wrote a negative review? I’m sure he understands the First Amendment. My perception of the day was awful and heartbreaking because I drove 45 minutes to get there and was behind schedule due to 2 accidents causing slow traffic and then all the construction on Academy, none of course is your fault but when I walked into the office, I had no chance to explain because the unprofessional receptionist girl couldn’t wait to tell me “we’ve canceled your appointment”. You betcha I was upset but here’s the thing… I wasn’t late to my appointment, I was late to filling out paperwork and I had 15 minutes to do that before my appointment even started. I’ve never been any place where it takes a half an hour to fill out paperwork. Most up-to-date places, email the paperwork prior to the appointment. Especially if the paperwork requires an unheard of 30 minutes to complete it. I know you’ll write another snarky response but I’m so over and done with your little business. I only have one question, do you always use the threat of an attorney to intimidate individuals who write bad reviews?"

"I have been a patient of All In Family Medicine, with provider Lisa Blackwelder, for over two years now. I had been with my previous physician for 15 years. Sometimes, along with everything offices, the practice had continued to grow, appointments got cut shorter, and where the staff turnover was so high, that they don't even know your name anymore. Individualized care was no longer the quality it once was, and so I was looking for a new provider. Another trusted provider of mine referred me to Lisa Blackwelder. You are not a just another patient to Lisa. She cares about you as a person, that needs individual care, and will work with you on how you can live your best life.
