Do you need them all? Maybe not. But when something did happen, I sure am glad I had all those things I thought I didn't need, but was convinced to take. Connie knows a lot, and it shows. I trusted her, and everything came out fine. The events I've had and the great treatment I got from Connie and her team makes me think I'll be with them for all my insurance needs for a long time. Why fix what's not broken? State Farm might not be the best insurance company, but it's very good at what they do, and they usually do it quickly. Sure there might be some road bumps (where isn't?) but they took care of me in my moment of need and that's what matters."

"Dealing with Connie Slater’s group of State Farm Insurance has been a breath of fresh air. I was on USAA and they kept increasing our premiums and taking away coverages. See my review of them soon. Still fighting them in court. Anyway, Parker, Ricky and Connie herself have been wonderful to deal with and the rates versus USAA were substantially less so always compare every two years as USAA and it’s WOKE INITIATIVES WITH THE NFL as well as powerful executives coming from Wall Street to take over the Board of Directors have ruined what was once a great company. Their prices and the terrible customer service and issues with adjusters have been huge problems. I know as I was with them for 32 years before all this stuff happened. But now I am extremely happy with State Farm’s rates for auto, home and car rental and road hazard/towing insurance as well. Connie Slater and her associates are second to none and help whenever I have a question or need a new proof of insurance card or whatever comes up. I would recommend them to anyone looking to change companies and comparing rates and coverages. What a great branch of a solid company! Excellent work!"

He was quick to give me a solution and even got us a bit of a credit! Love that they know who is calling so when Parker picked up the phone, he greeted me by name and had our policy pulled up already! For sure recommend!"

"This team is awesome! I have multiple lines of coverage (Auto, home, life, etc), and have called to ask questions numerous times. The Connie Slater team takes the time to clearly explain, and helps me find dind coverage that meets my needs. Connie herself takes the time to do annual checkups to make sure that my family has the right coverage. I love working with her."

"Surprised that Mrs. Slater allows or promotes her own staff to write FAKE reviews. This is to compensate for the negative ones, so she can try and maintain a decent rating on Google. Though if you look at the negative ones, it’s the same story over and over again. Instead of pretending like you or your company are doing a stand up job, Mrs. Slater you should learn how to practice accountability. The first thing that needs to be done, let Parker go. , like others can handle one mistake, even two but when your agent goes behind my back and changes my policy around so you can get more money, that is completely unethical. To be honest, you and your team provided me and my family with poor customer service and didn’t even call and try to make it right. That alone shows you don’t value your clients or customers. Though in the end, you provided me with way too many excuses for your poor customer satisfaction and absolutely zero solutions. This is completely on Parker and Mrs. Slater. Lastly, there are WAY too many “positive reviews”, from individuals whom have only written 1 review. Thats a bit suspicious and also tells me, as a verified Google reviewer, not only are those reviews fake to try and help them gain more business, the fact Mrs. Slater allows or encourages this just shows how unethical this “Statefarm’s” behavior is, can be to try and maintain an image. Reviews are based on individual or your companies performance, what Mrs. Slater is doing is illegal. You’ve been warned. Do not recommend, even as a last option."
