"I used Leavitt for years for my insurance needs. I always set my expectations with them every year and figured they always had my best intrest and my companies best intrest at heart. I come to find out that I was lied to by a previous agent that worked there. I was told that my carrier I was insured with had pulled out of this region when actually that wasn't the case. The truth was they actually quit doing business with Leavitt. So I was switched to a different insurance carrier by Michael my new representative for Leavitt. As always, I asked Leavitt and my rep to make sure they shop for the best rates and coverage I can get. I was always told they did that. That did not happen. I was put in a high exposure plan that eneded up costing me over 15k more than what I should have paid. This was so unsettling to me. To put your trust into a company only to find out you been lied to and put in the que as another number for them to recieve a paycheck is very sad. I have since moved companies for My GL and will be moving my Vehicle coverage as well. Word of advice. Do what you say you are going to do. Don't lie to your customers. Actually care about your clients as much as you do a paycheck and finally check in with them and see if they need anything or if there is something you can do for them. Don't just call every year during renewal time to ask for money for a plan that you never even shopped for the benefit of the customer Sincerely, Your disgruntled Ex Customer"
