"My father was in the grips of death and we needed signatures for hospice care from the practice. The practice was closed and referred the call to the on-call system. Apparently the call was routed to the wrong box. There were also issues with lab results were not really analyzed and his general conditions was poor in terms of his loss of weight, and cognitive abilities. You choice but not recommend."
"I have been going here for a year now. Sad that it is so hard to get your test results or anyone to call you back. Went for a emergency CT and the Imaging Doctors couldn't get an answer from this office. Incompetent to say the least. Will never be going back here. My health shouldn't be at their mercy!"
"I highly recommend Doctors Medical Group to anyone seeking a Primary Care Provider. Nicole Klein was recommended to me by a colleague about 1.5 years ago. I can not express how pleased I have been with the entire practice. Every experience that I have encountered has been pleasant. They are always accommodating and available to their patients. If I have had to leave a voicemail message they have a rapid response turn around time to returning the phone call. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my Health Care. Well deserved 5 Star!"

"Had a negative experience here with an injury, and couldn't get anyone to call back after multiple voicemail and had to go in and wait for an hour to find out results, after promised follow-up. Had a similar experience with a regular check up. Many voicemails, no call back. Had a bad experience with the doctor as well. I work in customer service and feel the whole experience has been very unprofessional."
