"Went in a couple of weeks ago. The employee was doing cigarette inventory and didn’t acknowledge I was standing there for almost five minutes. I said excuse me and she turned around with a disgruntled look on her face as if I’ve ruined her day. I asked for some cigarettes and she brought them and set them down next to the new scanning machine which nobody who doesn’t work there knows how to use. The screen displayed nothing so I put the cigarettes on the machine and noticed that it was charging me an extra $7 for health reasons. I called her over again to ask what this was about and she picked up the pack of cigarettes and slammed it down next to the scanner and said this is why I put them here. Very rude. This is new technology that I’m not familiar with. I haven’t had training on it and certainly don’t need a rude employee. If you hate your job, find something else to do! Just saying. Look out for these rude employees. They need to stay home and starve or be appreciative for even having a job while machines and ai take over. No doubt my taxes are paying for some of these individuals that have a job and are so ungrateful of a human."

"If I could give negative Stars I would. We will start with the hot dog rollers. At 12:00 during peak hours for lunch there is either nothing on the rollers or it's old foods from the breakfast rush, They're chilly and cheese machine is always empty and when it is full it's hardly ever warm, They are almost exclusively self-checkout but the machines hardly work, The employees are some of the rudest employees I've ever seen! I'll definitely be contacting corporate. By the way there's a Sinclair Gas Station just over the train tracks that is a million times better."

"The management and staff are rude. They are lazy as hell and don't know how to speak to people. I also was asking about having a real life person help me because They don't take EBT at the self help desk they became rude to me And Kicked me Out When They are Not the One doing their Job. And need better training and management skills Because How they treated me and my five year old son was shameful and uncalled for. But Came to 711 where I was treated right had a real life person helping me and got all they things we needed from Circle K I also spent more in gas because I do Work even tho I get food stamps And so I will not be taking my business to circle k ever again"

"The restrooms are closed for cleaning from 8pm till 6am, certain staff make there own rules, and be little customers with a hand written note on the front door stating for big bags, and back packs need to be behind the registers.And the lack of care for the trash can at each pump is Always NASTY.Myself and 30 of my trucks have been fueling up there for over 3 years,We won't be back until my drivers and are treated like working people using the restroom is a must and I will never leave any of my personal belongings with staff I'm not a shpplifter ."

"I came at 3:30 am and they had no food ready, I came back at 5:10 am and there was still nothing for breakfast. If you are looking for a place to eat early this is definitely not the place."
