"I really want to love this place because the atmosphere is beautiful, filled with lots of light and plants. Typically service is great as well. However, lately I’ve gone 3 separate times to get coffee/breakfast in the morning and they haven’t been open with no explanation as to why despite saying open online. It’s been such a bummer because they easily have the best coffee in the area. I’ve had to take my business elsewhere each time. Would love to see this improve - I will most definitely check back!"
"Found this gem in my son’s neighborhood. The staff was incredible, the bartender extremely nice and helpful when I asked for advice about getting either the grilled cheese or croissant with ham and Gruyère cheese. He recommended I get both and he was right! The grilled cheese on a French baguette was the best I’ve ever had and the croissant made my mouth water. The gin gimlet was perfection on a Thursday night. It’s worth finding on street parking to visit this gem. Only downside is there aren’t traditional tables but instead bar stools throughout the bar/restaurant. Great happy hour prices!"
"Enjoyed my first time at Hudson Hill. It was busy on a Sunday but still a chill vibe. Good HH. Had to try the infamous grilled cheese sandwich and it did not disappoint! Cinnamon roll was also a delicious choice."
"Exquisite mocha and latte art, excellent service, perfect place for working or visiting with people. Love the layout of Hudson Hill, varied seating arrangements, all the amazing plants. It seems really chill and relaxing place to hang out and be. Hudson Hills might be in the top five of favorite Denver coffee shops."
