"Excellent customer service! Every person I've encountered at this branch has been more than friendly and helpful. I forgot her name, but the teller that favors 1950s pickups is a gem. Unfortunately, I'm disgruntled with both online banking and the app. They have delays, and they don't give a true balance amount (which has forced me into the old-fashioned way of using a checkbook), it freezes or is under maintenance quite often, transactions don't show up for days, transactions will be misdated.If these issues continue through February, I will be leaving this credit union."

I applied for my auto refinance online and within one business day I was contacted by an associate. She assisted me in getting my refinance approved within a couple of days and also assisted with my credit card application. The service was fast and IMPECCABLE.
