"Today was our first visit and we couldn't have been happier. We were hesitant about changing doctors but felt all of our needs weren't being met at our last doctor. Today during the appointment I actually got emotional knowing we made the right choice. The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly and didn't rush us thru any part of the appointment. My daughter is very high energy and Dr Lori embraced her energy and just went with the flow. The biggest surprise to both of us was the emotional support dog they have to comfort during procedures and shots. We have found our new home! We hope not to need them much because that means sickness, but we know we will be taken care of!"

"I took my son here for several checkups and was initially very impressed with the doctor. Last visit I learned the doctor we loved no longer works there. The new doctor we saw was super rude. We brushed it off as maybe a bad day. Later I called to set up a new appointment for a check up and was told that they will no longer see my son due to refusing any more vaccinations for him. This clinic is no longer willing to see patients that opt out the vaccines. After further research it seems clinic's get a bonus for having a certain percentage of there patients fully vacinated. They only care for maximum profits and not the wishes of the parents."

"We absolutely love Mainstreet pediatrics. Every single staff member is kind, patient, attentive and so helpful. They are so responsive to messages and extremely helpful with getting in for last minute sick appointments. We are so lucky to have such an amazing pediatricians office."

"Our 3 kids were patients here for years. Lori Phipps was amazing and it was awesome having at home appointments with our newborn. Everyone was kind, and appointments were easy. Unfortunately Lori is no longer there, and after learning a lot more about vaccinations, we decided to opt out of future shots for for our kids. Once we told Mainstreet pediatrics this, they dumped us and told us we needed to find a new doctor."

"I cannot say enough good things about Mainstreet Pediatrics. My daughters look forward to their appointments, getting to play in their amazing lobby and getting their coins for the claw machines afterwards. Their nurses and doctors have all been great. We love that they have Saturday hours and always manage to get me in super quickly or let me talk to the on call nurse if I have any concerns. We recently came in not knowing our daughter had pneumonia. They got her IV and oxygen going quickly which made our transition to the hospital seamless. We received follow up calls to check on her and they even sent her a huge stuffed bulldog (their mascot) in the mail. Needless to say, my daughter was thrilled! Thank you Mainstreet."
