"Took my car here last week owner said he would call me when diagnosed. Called and told us 350 will get it running. We told him to fix it. We go to pick it up and it is not running right still. He acted like we were crazy when we told him this. Left it there for about 2 weeks he finally calls and tells me he can't fix it and to tow it to kia and he keeps the 350$. Will never go here again be careful."

"I stumbled into this store by happenstance. I had seen a vehicle for sale out front. Upon talking to Chad (Store owner) I asked for some advice on a current vehicle issue I was having (a different mechanics shop was telling me I needed 1700 dollars in work done). Chad walked me through the issue and told me what needed to be done. The next day I took my vehicle in, and Chad took a look. He fixed the issue and then some. During the entire process Chad was extremely honest, great service and gave us a very fair deal. I would highly recommend this shop to ANYONE who needs vehicle repair/service. 5/5 We have a new Mechanic and Saigon Auto Repair has two new customers."
