"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible. I walked out after sitting for an hour without a single person being called back. If it's going to be that long, common courtesy would be to tell me when I arrived. Also, one of my tests turned out to be a lipid test, which requires fasting. I was asked when I checked in if I fasted and I said I had not. No one said anything to me about this, but instead, let me waste an hour for no reason without any mention of needing to fast. I'd like to think the medical staff here has some knowledge about how this works, but I'm seriously questioning the quality of my healthcare now."

"Felt bad about how low the reviews are. Arrived today after 4 and they close at 4:30. They moved people through as fast as they could and it was a full waiting room. Took less than 40 minutes without an appointment. Woman at the desk and my phlebotomist were friendly and kind even though I ended up being one of the last few people of the day."

"I have very little and deep veins and I point out the 2 places that are usually successful. The woman who drew my blood basically said “Let me do my job!” So I shut up. She was very rude and had no people skills at all."

"In and out real quick with no appt. I was the first one here at 7:45-7:50. Fran was working and I hope I don’t jinx her but she was there early getting work done and I was in at 7:50 and out at 7:55. Very convenient before I had to go to work."

"Such a great experience! I set an appointment a few weeks in advance for 8:30am on a Wednesday. When I got there, there were a ton of people in the lobby. Thinking the appointments meant nothing, I checked in, and to my surprise they were ready within 10 minutes of me getting there. Point is, make an appt. Staff was great and really kind. Read on if you hate blood draws!!! I am TERRIFIED of blood draws but haven’t had one since I was in my teens so needed to do it for my health. When I got into the room I was panicking (thankfully they let me bring my fiancé in), and the phlebotomist could tell I was nervous. She was so kind and patient, I pulled my arm away a few times and she handled it by asking about me and trying to distract me. Unfortunately i ended up passing out, and when I came to she was completely prepared, had responded immediately and took all necessary measures to get me back to normal. She was so so comforting and did everything she could to make me feel better. I am so thankful for her compassion and for going above and beyond. Ultimately, ended up lying down and taking my other arm. It was so quick and painless, she was amazing at her job and I really cannot thank her enough!!!!"
