"If I could I would give a negative 5 star review. I was referred for mammogram & ended up REFUSING to go due to being harassed DAILY after asking MULTIPLE times to NOT be called again as I would schedule when available. The first two calls=understandable; after that it was beyond harassing & annoying. I was finally able to get the calls stopped by threatening harassment charges."

"I have had other scans at other Touchstone locations and the experience was flawless. The staff at this location are poorly trained. They told me they did not accept my insurance and I have since been told by Touchstone that they do, in fact, accept my insurance. It took almost a month to get the appointment, so I paid out of pocket for the exam just to avoid further delays. My advice is ask them about your insurance at the time you schedule the appointment (since they won't do it) so you can avoid the unpleasant "out of pocket surprise" that I encountered."
"The staff was absolutely so wonderful. My images were done by not only someone that was very professional, but took the time to make sure it didn’t hurt like the last time I had it done. Very clean and helpful from the beginning to the end."
"This is an amazing and kind team. I did not have a scheduled appointment but they were able to squeeze me in last minute due to a cancellation. I feel like the whole team tried to get me in and out as kindly and efficiently as possible. Olivia was incredible, it felt like she coordinated with the care team, my insurance and me in record time. Very grateful for her. Lisa was also kind and made the procedure a breeze. Highly recommend. Thank you."
