"I am very disappointed with my experience at Bachman. They failed to correctly diagnose an internal head gasket leak in my Subaru Outback and insisted the problem was the radiator because it was dirty. $660 later and the problem wasn't solved so they re-checked it. They apparently failed to read the check engine code history (showing coolant temperature sensor fault) and observe combustion products in the coolant (indicating an internal head gasket leak). It also turns out they added the incorrect coolant to the system when the radiator was replaced, which may have exacerbated the problem. Now instead of possibly staying ahead of the problem and being able to repair the head gaskets, my engine needs to be replaced (i.e. I need a new car). Don't bring your Subaru here."
