"DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. My 18 y.o. son was employed part-time here and was told he was being let go the day after Christmas. The reason given was “The Christmas Season was ending”. Now again he’s 18 y.o. and doesn’t know when you’re fired in certain states like Colorado the employer is required to give your last paycheck immediately. Now I called to remind them of the law and compliance of it and was met with an argumentative and dismissiveness tone and disregard of the law and a “I’m just doing what I’m told do attitude” from the assistant manager Kira Davis. I called back demanded to speak with the store manager named Whitney Smith but she was conveniently unavailable. Long story less long, customer service is subpar and when challenged they hang up like the feckless cowards they are"
"Everything is pretty decent at this store no complaints and the staff is friendly just PLEASE LOWER THE RADIO /IN STORE MUSIC.....ITS RIDICULOUSLY LOUD and really made the shopping experience unpleasant. I was in and out because of the volume. Definitely was excessively loud."
