"The too long, didn't read: go elsewhere. The positive reviews are very questionable, if not outright fake. This place is a mess. Something is tremendously off about this place. I looked to book my spouse here after reading the reviews and was encouraged to see the positive remarks. My wife has a significant fear of dentists and PTSD. When we arrived, we turned in our paperwork and led back to the exam room by staff, only to be told we were at the wrong side of the building and needed to go to a different room. No big deal, mistakes happen. My spouse gets situated in the second room, only to find out the staff neglected to prepare Nitrous for her anxiety (as we'd requested and verified numerous times). I addressed this and was told we'd have to move to a third room for the Nitrous hook up. So we move, again, and finally get situated for her exam. The technician started taking X-Rays and I went to step out of the room, but was told it was no big deal and I could stay (but my wife had a lead vest on - uh). A few minutes into the X-Rays, the technician then asked me to assist by pushing the button to expedite the process, but never explained to me how long to hold the button ... so several attempts were met with her frustration until she explained. I assisted, if only to try to get my wife through this as fast as possible, despite how odd it was. After the X-Rays, the technician then told us no Nitrous could be done for the exam, despite us having been told otherwise several times. She then left and a new person arrived to take photos of my wife's mouth. When she finished the photos, she asked if my spouse wanted Nitrous for the exam. We were confused at the flip flop, but accepted, since that was the original desire. Once my wife was hooked up to Nitrous, the technician indicated she couldn't legally leave the room. Despite this, she left the room two or three times to talk to other staff. Dr. Bob came in abruptly and didn't introduce himself or say anything. He went right over to the computer and looked at the X-Rays. I only knew who he was based on the technician addressing him to tell him my wife is very anxious about dentists. He sat down and says to my wife "You're no stranger to dentists, every tooth in your mouth has been worked on." Not only is this untrue, but its demeaning and an outright slap in the face after being told my wife has anxiety. Dr. Bob looked over her teeth for a few moments and insisted she needs two old fillings replaced and a crown replaced. The crown in question shows up with a dark spot on X-Rays, and has at two other dentists (who determined it was cement). I mentioned this, and he abruptly says "Whoever told you that is wrong." He then left and the technician went to arrange for my wife's teeth to be cleaned. I stepped out to the lobby to pay and found out that they won't be cleaning her teeth because they ran out of time. I noticed the staff was rushing about and it was clear they were eager to get us out the door so they could close. While I was waiting, a third technician I had not yet seen came up to the front desk and says to me "You didn't sign the consent form for the Nitrous." I assured her we did, along with all the other forms they e-mailed us. She then told me "Your wife told me that YOU signed it for her." I was a bit confused why she would randomly make the accusation and suggested that she may have misheard, since my spouse was currently medicated and suggested she check the paperwork instead of accusing me of things. The technician left and the office manager came out to reiterate that the form was missing. I pulled up the email they'd sent us and showed that I received the forms, then pointed to the other signed forms on the receptionist's desk. We offered to sign another form, but were told we couldn't because my wife was now under the influence. Odd, considering they are the ones who administered the drugs without verifying they had the form. Even more odd, they declined to let us pay for the Nitrous, as if they were hiding the fact it happened."
"Raquel and the other front desk person have poor service skills. My wife called the day of to cancel her appointment because she has been vomiting for 12 hours and hasn't been able to hold down water. Raquel scolded her for not calling in, 48 hours in advance. No, "hope you feel better" and no kindness in any way. Is this how you want your patients to be treated? I also called back and spoke to the other front desk person and she told me that they have a policy that says you have to call 48 hours in advance. I told her that I understand that but how would we know she was going to be sick 48 hours in advance. I asked if there was a manager there and she started to say yes and then said "no there isn't a manager here at this time" and to call back later. I will call back later but something tells me that nothing will be done if these women are allowed to be cold and unkind to patients like this. The doctors and hygienists in this practice are wonderful but those two at the front lack service skills and general kindness."

"First of all, let me begin by how informative Gianna was when I called. I’m in the process of looking for a new dentist for my family having just relocated from Boulder. I have had horrible experiences in the past dealing with.. say offices that advertise heavily..or portray 5 star treatment. Only to be disappointed and feel like just a number. In turn it has made me become very thorough when looking for a new doctor. I have a two and three year old and they have not been treated patiently the way I had hoped and instead I have felt like they didn’t receive the care they deserved just for being small and scared. I was able to come in and ask questions and was even explained everything from various dental plans- to orthodontics- to sedation for dental work. As a mom it is very important to me to not feel rushed and have services explained. Gianna did just that. More offices should have individuals like her that clearly take pride in their work and for who they work for."
"i highly recommend. i pay for their premier plan and cleanings and minor fillings are covered by it. the doctor is the only one that has taken the time to actually numb my mouth correctly and fully before doing any type of work on my teeth. They are also very helpful with payments and immediate care need if you chip a tooth for example. Absolute sweet hearts work here"
