"We were assigned to this office through insurance. Their communication is absolutely awful. Our experiences there were terrible. Two of my children had dental surgery. As other patients have said I was shamed for my children’s teeth. After my son had a pretty lengthy surgery he could barely walk and we were released without an offer to help us out. I had to drag him along while carrying his bag of stuff. We had some serious family circumstances December-January and apparently missed appointments we never got a reminder or phone call about. It was so nice to receive a letter that we were dropped as patients because of this a few days after my mother passed away. Please don’t say you tried to call us because I’d go as far to pull phone records to prove you did not. Update: The doctor called my husband threatening us for this review and telling us to take it down even though nothing is a lie. Clearly this is how they do business and maintain such high ratings on Google."

"Absolutely love this Office brought my kiddo here from a different dental office and they were awesome at explaining all of the x-rays that had to be taken and why. Then we find out that she had a cavity that the other office didn’t find. Dr Tonn was fantastic with my kiddo during her filling. The staff was great at explaining everything to her and they kept her nice and calm.Definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a pediatric dentist."

"My wife and I have five kiddos, and we have sought a good dentist for awhile. Our youngest had some severe teeth issues, and we didn't know where to turn. By the grace of God, we were guided to this dentist office. The experience we had was nothing but moving. From Rebecca at the front desk, to Brittany who is so organized and provides amazing plan options based on insurance (on the spot - so much information in the blink of an eye), to Gina, Dr. Tonn's dental assistance that is very gentle, kind and caring, and skilled at what she does, putting the child at ease and in comfort; to of course Dr. Tonn. She truly cares. Our son needed some serious work, and she took so much time thinking about it, what to do, how to do it, how to handle such a youngster. Her complete focus was on our son, and his wellness; and of course putting mom and dad at ease, giving all the options and her recommendations. Her skill is beyond anything I can write in words. In having a rough go with other providers, my wife and I were at the point of just throwing our hands in the air. But Dr. Tonn and the staff brought that huge sigh of relief. Her care. Her desire to do what she does. My son was a patient, a person to her; someone she truly wanted to help. After it was all done, moved, literally to tears, I was just so thankful for them, for what they do, and for their personal care, concern, and kindness; and their incredible skill. Thank you Rebecca, Thank you Brittany, Thank you Gina, thank You Dr. Tonn. Thank you."

"The administrative staff and assistants are fantastic. The office is fun, and the prize section was very unique. Our kiddos saw two of three dentists, and one provided such an awful experience. She shamed us for what we fed our kids (insisted they ate a lot of goldfish crackers and sugary drinks, which wasn’t the case). And pushed very extensive dental work, and alluded to us being neglectful parents if we didn’t shell out $7,000 asap. We recently switched to another provider and they have a much gentler approach, and much better bedside manner. Again, the not great rating is due to only ONE doctor."
