"I came in today with a rough idea of what I wanted. It had been a while since I had my hair cut, so I was excited. I had my appointment with Heather, who was a very personable and talented stylist. I really appreciated the conversation between Heather and I, as I am usually anxious in most social settings. However, Heather just has a way with people to help ease you in and feel comfortable during your appointment. Not to mention her talent for bringing out the perfect look with your hair! I will be coming in for a northern appointment to get a full balayage and can't wait! I already love my new look!"
