"We’d heard good things about the Mayflower and decided to give them a shot for lunch one Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was nice and clean which is always a plus. They were fairly busy with a couple of larger parties so service was a little slower. I ordered egg rolls as an appetizer and the lunch Sesame Chicken. My husband got the lunch Sweet and Sour Chicken. The egg rolls didn’t come until after our meal. It seemed like the server had just forgotten them, which happens sometimes. My husband enjoyed his meal but my chicken was dried out. Overall, it was a decent experience. We may try them again in the future."
"Upon moving to Teller County I was told THE best Chinese food was another restaurant- and I have eaten there multiple times.....always disappointed. So, I thought I am going to try Mayflower. Boy, am I glad I did!!!! The parking lot is an easy in and out, the prices are comparable to prices/inflation nowadays, the food is SOOOO much better than other Chinese in the County, and the worker there was very nice! She apologized for pickup taking so long, but to be fair she was the only server, person answering the phone and getting to-go orders ready, and taking care of the register. This woman was going non-stop! So, I was not upset. The egg rolls, spring rolls, and wonton soup....delicious! Definitely will come back here again!"
"Hands down the BEST General Tso's Chicken I've eaten in quite a while. Spicy and I mean, if your from the North, you probably won't like it, spicy. Crispy bites. Fried in the sauce. Pepper flakes everywhere. My only negative was I wish there was more sauce in which to roll my chicken around. Mongolian beef was also on point. Never mind the name on the sign. This is GOOD Asian food. Big portions. Photo is after dinner."
