Despite having a busy waiting room the admin staff check patients in swiftly, they had disney movies playing, and the nursing and medical staff were attentive and quickly assessed my son, resolved the issue, and gave me clear instructions for what to watch for post appointment. FYI this is not an emergency room just stand alone urgent care."

"Was visiting family in Denver and my son started getting ill one evening and I took him here because it was a children’s hospital urgent care and I got the service and care I expect from them. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and I managed to get in and out in just an hour with my concerns for my son addressed and with next steps. Thank you!!"

"I've been here two separate times. First, was for an infant head injury where they were happy to admit us to tell us they could not treat it because they were not emergency and sent us to the Broomfield location. We of course still was billed for the visit to tell us to go to their other location. The second time was for suspected FPIES food allergy to egg. We were told it was a stomach virus even after we continually went over the trend towards allergy and what our pediatrician office said. Two doctors both said virus, but if we felt better to talk to our pediatrician before giving egg again. IT was not a virus! After a follow up call to our pediatrician right after our visit and then a trip to an allergy doctor, it was in fact a FPIES egg allergy. Now, their horrible billing which makes already bad experiences worse. While this location is only urgent care, they billed as hospital emergency room (urgent care level). Thus my urgent care copay did not apply. So, nothing was covered except for the physician's separate billing. So, to walk in the door, you can expect to fork out hundreds. The charge to tell you to go to their other location that will also charge you, 100+ and to be given the wrong diagnosis 275+. Then the doctors will bill you separate on top of Children's charge."

"Just received amazing care for my daughter’s allergic reaction. Thank you to all the staff we saw! Based on reading the other reviews I assume I’ll also be getting some crazy bills. Since my visit was for a possible serious reaction I won’t care too much as it would have been a ER visit otherwise. But I will think twice about going for something minor."
