"If I could give this Extended Stay negative stars I would. Most of the front desk staff should be fired! They were horrible. They took their jobs personally when dealing with customer issues. Kayla acts as if she is Mrs. Extended Stay of America. She was bossy and unprofessional. We had a reservation issue and she refused to listen to us. Told us to basically shut up and listen. When we explained the same issue she described. It felt like we were dealing with a parole officer instead of a front desk associate. Nancy is too old to be working the computer and half the time had no idea what she was doing so had to ask Kayla. Stewart flirted with my husband and when my husband kissed me in front of him he became rude and short when dealing with me. It was so unprofessional and obvious what was going on. When dealing with the reservation issue work Nancy we were t told we didn't know what we were talking about and to listen to what she said. She became so unprofessional and didn't want to hear my situation which I had paperwork for and called the cops on us. She acted like we got a free night when we paid for twice for the same night. We were treated so poorly here. Don't ever rent a room here! The rooms were filthy! The was a booger on the bathroom mirror when we checked in. Staff would pound on the door like the cops. Staff should be given lessons on customer service and professionalism."

"Exceptional customer service! My family and I were treated with great hospitality. The front desk attendant, Steward went above and beyond to ensure all of our accommodations were met as I booked through a third party. He did so in advance before we even arrived. Thank you : ) Very clean room that’s cozy and feels like “home”. The hotel was true to the photos. Also they allow you to use pots and other kitchenware per request. Excellent stay!"

"I stayed at this hotel during blizzard/arctic blast conditions. It was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive - especially Nancy and Stewart. The room was clean and exactly what I needed in order to hunker down in the bad weather. The fitness room had a treadmill and elliptical. They are dog-friendly which is why I picked them. My dog also enjoyed his stay."
