"I want to give a special shout out to Junior. He served me in the drive thru today and presented himself with such a happy and positive attitude! I've been to this location a few times since I began working in the area and service has been good but Junior set the bar at another level. I haven't had such a positive experience with most of my outings in castle rock so far. Not just this business but most others I've been to could learn something from the positive, personal, and optimistic experience Junior gives his customers. "Drive thru order: made me wait in curbside, took a while, forgot the sauces, didn’t place napkins, and didn’t put a knife to cut up the fillet in my salad… I had to go inside so I recommend just going inside. . Wasn’t busy at all! First Chick-fil-A to be so off of the order. But they were super nice ."
"I’m always greeted with a smile and the customer service is a main reason I go back. Another reason is knowing that I don’t need to check the bag. I’m really glad that each time I went, my order is correct and I receive all my food/drinks. I’ve never had a bad experience! My puppy even wanted my food!"
