Absolutely pleased with the process of shopping and choosing, based on an employee's recommendations. He listened to both of us, and provided a tuxedo that fit, looks good, and within budget. We still have to get the alterations done, but expect to be an amazing looking couple! I expect to return for any further shopping, her's or his!"

"Wow! What an experience. We recently visited from out of town to meet with family. While we were in the area we stopped in the store to look for a new suit for me. The salesperson Juan was excellent in his customer service, I actually thought he was the general manager. I knew he would help me when I saw the way he was dressed. I felt like I was in a luxury store the way he held himself in helping me pick my suit. The experience was so great that I actually left with two suits instead of one. My wife really like the suits and shirt combos that Juan selected for me. When I come back to Denver this will be my stop for new suit purchases especially if Juan is still working there. Thanks Juan for helping me feel and dress the part of success!"

"I have to edit my review. I WAS going to purchase 4 pair of shoes at $59.99 each. Clearly two of them were returns becase the bottoms were scratched and slightly damaged. I asked if they could discount them and they called the Assistant Manager. An older gentleman. He said "I'll give you $2 off each pair and you can't return them, even with the receipt." His attitude, demeanor and rudeness was unacceptable. I thanked the very nice cashier, Adella and saud no thank you and left the store. He was awful and didn't get my sale of 4 pair of shoes at $59.99 each! I didn't expect to visit such a large store. They offer many choices in shirts, pants, suits, shoes and more! The entire staff are professional and kind. The sales floor employees, the seamstress, all the cashiers were so customer focused. The prices are reasonable for just about everything. I will definitely shop here again."
