"In general, I have had good experiences at O'Reilly's locations, and my stop in at this store tonight was just another good one. I was having some difficulty tracking down batteries for a few of the cars I'm working on, but Brandon went above and beyond to help me select, find and order the right one, even going out of his way to call another store and have it ready for me to pick up as quickly as possible so I could get back to swearing at an Audi. Both Brandon and the woman working with him, whose name i am sorry for forgetting, were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys!"

"So disappointed the guy who helped us was rude, lazy and had a bad attituded! We went there and asked him to check our battery he told us that it wouldn't read and insured us that that it wasn't the battery and it was the alternator. We asked if he could just charge it any ways and he had every excuse not to help us! Fnally we decided to go some where else. Went to auto zone they knew how to check the battery. It turns out it was bad got us a new one and now we are back on the road."

"Some many think super heroes are Nurses. However, tonight Joelle was my superman! After Auto Zone refused to assist me with changing my battery that was leaking acid. I went over to O'Reilly asking for help; and Joelle waisted no time and was more than willing not only to change my battery but teach my son how to properly change the car battery!
