"Had a van in there four times to fix a simple oil leak. Oil leak was never fixed and now it’s the head gasket and after four failed attempts to fix it we are supposed to believe they are now competent enough to put a new motor in it for $10,000. Really??"
"Recently, I had an issue with my brand new Kia Sorento, which - of course - was not ideal. Ultimately , as with any warranty , there were hoops to jump through to get the needed work completed. I contacted Red Rock Kia and was fortunate enough to be able to speak with Rob - who, in that moment , made me, as a customer - his first priority. Rob took the time to listen to my concerns. He evaluated the problems and came up with solutions that would benefit me as the customer. Not only does Rob work for Kia, but he clearly was working for ME as their customer. The communication between Rob, the service department (Leon - who is amazing), and myself throughout this ordeal were TOP NOTCH. Never once did I feel overlooked or unimportant. They went above and beyond to explain the situation and deliver the very best customer service to me in a very uncertain time. It is clear - from a customer standpoint - the team that Red Rock Kia has recently built - was built with intention. With that, they are able to deliver exceptional service and provide personalized attention to their customers. I am beyond impressed and am 100% confident in my decision to give my business to Red Rock Kia."
