"We decided to try this place after seeing a few reviews - although a little hesitant because of the variety of choices on the menu. Admittedly, we were not too hungry but some of the appetizers sounded delicious and figured they would be a safe bet. The hostess seated us right away. I wished I had worn long sleeves - it was a little chilly in the restaurant. We saw a few other patrons wearing a light coat. I ordered a wheat beer, my lunch companion asked what light beers were available. The waitress had a difficult time reading the names on the taps, suggesting we scan the QR code for the complete list. The taquitos were delicious. The smoked pork rib tips, not so much - a bit tough, with quite a bit of fat and some gristle. The beers were refreshing. It is difficult to say if the "lunch" was worth $50 - maybe if the rib tips had more flavor, less fat. Maybe go for the beers at least - will have to try the hamburgers if we decide to go back."

"Meh: Food was ok. I had the steakhouse burger and it just wasn't as good as the menu made it sound. Appetizers were meh. Kids said the mac n cheese was good. Beer selection was above average. Service was polite but mostly inattentive and slow. Atmosphere was generic casual with murals of old-timey hop farming. And I'd just didn't feel like it was worth the money."

"2/3/2024 - Update - Hops n Drops management gave us a gift card to try them again, so we gave another try today. My husband got the Triple Threat Crispy Chicken Sandwich and said it was very good, and that it had lots of flavor. He got the side of fruit and it was fresh, and didn't seem previously frozen. I got the Chicken Sandwich, which was much better than what I had last time. Thank you Hops n Drops for caring enough about your business to reach out to us. 1/20/2024 - We ordered the black and blue burger and the Patty melt. We could not taste the beef in either one, and both were over cooked. The fries were way too salty. I don't think we'll go back as $50 for two people for two burgers and 1 lemonade is just too expensive. And add to that the fact that we couldn't taste the beef, I think we will try another place."

"I was looking forward to finally checking out. Sat a bar with a friend & took almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Ordered a drinks & took about the same amount of time to get a drink. Bar tender was overwhelmed & wasn't that busy. Not rushing back anytime soon."

"Love love love! This is a great restaurant in Highlands Ranch. Fast, fresh food. Clean inside, great service. Wish it were busier, they need a better sign, better advertisement and coupons!"
