"Another tire shop showed me my Tacoma front pair of Inner Tie Rods and Outer Tie Rods were frozen rusted shut unable to move as intended for steering. I took my Tacoma to Import Specialty Auto where they fixed it along with an honest Hunter Alignment machine. Will go to them when needed next time !"

Eric and the rest of the crew have always been tremendously helpful in getting my vehicle in for prompt service. They have been more than happy to explain what the repairs entailed, how the affected parts work together, and worked with me to work out which repairs were most necessary and/or negotiated a little to keep things within my budget. They have also been quite diligent about checking up on the status of any repairs they have made while my vehicles have been in for regular maintenance to ensure that I’m good to go. "For the first time ever, my repair turned out pricier than I’d been quoted, which was not comfortable. BUT… I’ve always used ISA, like their work and professionalism, so gave benefit of the doubt. The price jump though, had me calling some other places to compare quotes. Then once I heard those, I knew Eric and crew were doing right by me and not gouging me. I will keep using ISA to keep Bradley (my mini cooper) in good running shape and recommend them to others."
