"DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT! I went there and bought a stackable washer and dryer from them on 2/8 and they scheduled the delivery for 2/22. The delivery driver arrived with the unit( Not in a brand new box ) and notified me after they got it unloaded that it was severely damaged. It had not one small dent, but 2 huge dents on the front by the door and also on the side. That being said, I rejected the appliance because of this and called that the number they gave me to get a replacement. They told me they could reschedule it for 2/28 between 7am and 11am. I called them back on 2/28 after 11 AM came and went and not receiving my appliance. They then notified me that my delivery had been canceled without anybody calling me to let me know. I tried to reschedule again then they told me that it could not be rescheduled for a replacement until March 23rd (a month and a 1/2 after I had originally ordered it) Extremely irritated, I canceled my order. Call around to see if I could find the same washer and dryer that I wanted someplace else and get it in a more reasonable time-line. I did find another one same model and color at Lowe's and they delivered it the next day with no issues whatsoever (in a brand new box) I love the choice in the washer and dryer I selected. But I will NEVER buy appliances or any large purchases at home depot ever again !"

"Ordering these cabinets was a huge fiasco. All I heard is “we can’t” do this and we can’t do that. I ordered 2½ thousand dollars’ worth of cabinets and counters. I saw that they were coming in two separate shipments. Half would come from the warehouse and half from the store in CO Springs. Since, due to our age and living circumstances, it would be a hardship for us to receive them in separate shipments (I explained why) I asked if they could be delivered on the same day. Reply: We CAN'T. Why? Could they not set the cabinets that are in the store aside to wait for the day the warehouse cabinets would arrive? I guess not! Well, I decided that we would manage somehow. The next day I discovered that the shipment from the warehouse was ordered but the rest of the order was cancelled! They took nearly $1000 from my account. I was horrified. What good is ½ a new kitchen with some upper cabinets and other lower cabinets, that don't fit above each other? Two different reasons were given to me by different reps as to why ½ the order was cancelled. The first rep said that there was not enough money in my account—but there was plenty. If they had called me (they have my phone number) I could have called the bank and had the entire amount released. But the next rep I talked to said that it was because the cabinets coming from the store CAN'T be delivered to my house--we would have to pick them up. I explained that my husband and I do not drive. And the website said they could. A third person said that only one of the cabinets CAN'T be sent to my house, we would have to pick it up. I explained that my husband and I do not drive. They have my phone number, why COULD they not call me? Why did they send ½ an order without my permission and cancel the other half? Who wants half a kitchen? I was told to call 1 800 HomeDepot. (Too many letters for a phone number. Had to call again to get the correct number). The Rep kept putting me on hold. I asked him to figure it out and call me back. Reply: I CAN'T call you back. When I was told again that they CAN'T deliver to my house, I asked them to cancel the entire order. Reply: We CAN'T. Why? The order had not shipped. I asked for a supervisor. I spoke with Eric. He promised to fix the whole mess and he would call me back. He was a CAN DO guy, except he never called me back. The half shipment was not cancelled and today I get an email that part of the order has shipped! So I called again today. I continued to get “I can’t”. The Rep explained that we could cancel the delivery, but not today. It would have to be done on Friday. I asked her to please see to it that it get’s done. Guess what she said? I CAN'T. She said I will have to call on Friday or Saturday. Your store has messed up this entire order, yet you cannot take responsibility for even cancelling it? I have been waiting to install this kitchen for 2 years. I was so happy when I could finally order the cabinets. It literally took me most of the day to measure and remeasure the space and check the cabinets over and over again to make sure I don't order the wrong size. I am really disappointed. Yours is the most impotent store I have ever dealt with! Hopefully, I will at least get my money back."

"Running renovations I frequent Home Depot more than any other store. I do have a pro account and often have issues with my orders, they are always kind and helpful. But this evening I am compelled to write a review for Mercedes and the incredible client care I received this evening. I regrettably don’t take the time to review many businesses. I just wanted to say that to highlight the importance of the level of service I received from Mercedes which was unmatched by any employee I have encountered there or any home improvement store ever. "Great store! Came in on a Friday night this time. The paint department has the friendliest associates, above average knowledge, with the many products carried in their department. The African-American female there this evening was so helpful, smiled, and looked to genuinely loving her job. Placing my paint order was a piece of cake, and she treated me so well. Made a great impression. The Behr paint will always be the best bet and has and will always be my Go-To. (Walmart version is NOT the same formula, so always get your Behr at an actual Home Depot!) I love the fact I can get interior and exterior paint from a quart to a 5 gallon bucket. Good selection of rollers, brushes, protective suits, and everything paint related. The hardware department is equally well organized, with great employees, even when staffing is a bit bare bones. One gentleman walked me to the product I was looking for, and Debbie knew her stuff and had great suggestions. The seasonal display is pretty nice, not quite as big as Lowe's, BUT appears to have quality items and competitive prices. Quite a few large pieces and floaters at outer walls of the store. Appliance department looks GREAT and it has a huge selection with multiple finishes to choose from. It's on my next shopping trip. I recently got a Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, and I will be shopping at Home Depot for refrigerator, hands down! There is decent handicap parking at this location, including parallel handicap parking for vans. Gentleman scanned my items at Self Checkout, which was a huge help. "My store" is closer to home, but I recommend this location if you are in the Southgate Broadmoor area. People here will take good care of you."
