"I relocated to Black Feather Apartments 9 months ago and I’ve had nothing short of a wonderful experience. Truthfully, l can say this is the best apartment I’ve resided in yet. The apartments themselves are beautiful & modern; The complex is extremely quiet and the property is nicely kept. Last but not least, the staff is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and are taken care of. Delilah, the manager, personally delivered Valentine’s goodie bags to the residents and I’ve never seen that before in the 14 years I’ve been renting. As far as maintenance goes, I can promise you’ll never meet someone as friendly and caring for your needs, as Michael. Keep up the good work guys!"

"We lived in Black Feather longer than the summer months of 2016 while awaiting our nearby real estate buy/sell transactions. We were there for 4 out of the 6 months of our lease obligation. We were first in to our unit on the third floor and had a minimum of oops experiences typical in new construction: fire alarms going off unexpectedly, LED light bulbs needing to be replaced often, HVAC not working for almost a week in the heat of summer. In every case Black Feather management leapt into action and got quick fixes. We always felt that we were being taken care of. Black Feather was a perfect premium apartment home for us to stay in and we loved the amenities and the views from the two balconies on the third floor. We're in our early 70s and didn't enjoy the 39 steps all that much but we left with strong leg muscles. Black Feather is a beautiful complex, well maintained and a stunning place to live. We enjoyed our time there and are now enjoying our permanent home just a few miles away. Highly recommended!"
