"I have been coming to this clinic for about 3 years now so I’ve been plenty of people come and go. But honestly this last time I attended was it for me. You schedule an appointment and you’ll be sitting in that waiting area watching everyone go and you’ll be 30 minutes past your appointment time still sitting. Once you’re in that office they make sure you’re rushed out the door! I went in almost a month ago for my annual physical and they drew up some blood work. Well I have yet to receive a phone call about my results. I spoke to someone at the receptionist desk on 3/8 and he said that my doctor was going out of the office and on vacation he said he would try his best to see if she would give me a quick call in regards to my results but if there was anything urgent I would have already been notified. I left it alone, did I get a call back? No! I call them again today to see if I could go in for a visit about another concern and to hopefully speak to someone about my results! Well the same guy spoke to me and he stated that in my chart the results are there and I could read them for myself! Because I’m a doctor right? And that there was a note in my chart stating that someone called me about them on 3/6 and that there were notes associated with the results. How is that logical? Why would I be calling them again if someone spoke to me? Oh and he cut me off as well he said “well before you go about what you’re going to say” That absurd! Because I have phone call records that state NO ONE HAS CALLED!!! And if so I hope whoever they spoke to they asked for a date of birth or that’s braking HIPPA!!! Lastly I have nothing in my patient portal that states or reviews my results! This place is honestly a mess and it has been for a while. Save your time and energy!"

My pores are frequently clogged with blackheads and the monthly facial saves my skin. "Tried using this location a year ago. They messed up inputting my information, and the doctors never helped me, nor even called me to talk about the results of my blood test. The nurse I encountered was also rude and unhelpful. Can't recommend against any stronger. Found someone new and am much happier. Do not go here if you want a routine doctor."

"Claire has been my provider for years. I have always received top notch care from her- she really listens and takes the time with her patients. Very pleasant experiences with office staff, nurses, and other providers. An all around great practice with lots of offerings to meet a variety of needs. Super convenient location with a comfortable waiting room and exam rooms."

"Unfortunately I do need to give this place a low rating and I don’t typically do that. I’ve been seen with this clinic for years now and I’m not entirely sure I’ve ever send the same provider twice so if familiarity is something you are looking for I wouldn’t expect that here. Although that isn’t the issue. My care has actually been decent here. My issue is that I was seen over a year ago for an annual exam and due to coding issues with this office my blood work at the outside lab they use wasn't covered leaving me with a bill of over $300. I spoke with the lab as well as my insurance and they said it’s an easy fix all they need is for my primary care office to contact them and verbally give them a code to deem this medically necessary. I’ve have call numerous times over the last year and this issue STILL isn’t resolved. Someone continues to tell me they will send the info to billing and someone will “contact” me and nobody ever does. I’ve called over and over again over the last month to speak with their manager Courtney and she’s always in a meeting or out of the office. Now I work at a hospital myself so I understand that things take time but I’ve been dealing with this for over a year now and no one has contacted me or tried to help me. It is extremely frustrating. I have a bill currently in collections with them because I’m not interested in giving them money when they so carelessly won’t help me with a simple code so that I can get mine."
