"I have been going to this Gym on and off for the past year. This is an incredible place to train. Mike, Barb, and the rest of the coaches have real life experience and it shows in their coaching. Whether you are looking to get in shape, train to fight competitively, or just have fun with your family, this is the place to train. I just want to say to the public that it is a privilege to be a student at this school. The programs here are unmatched and the level of compassion for people will not be found anywhere else. If you are looking for anything different this school simply is not for YOU."

"Amazing kids class. Teaching respect and discipline. My daughter started at 6 years old and took a year for her to take it seriously but she loves it more than anything now. The coaches holds all the children accountable for their actions teaching them all valuable lessons. Can't wait to see my kiddo learn and love the sport more"

"IF THEY DON’T LIKE YOUR KIDS THEY WILL NOT PROTECT THEM. Do not bring your little kids here to train! There are not enough staff to protect your children from injury. My 5 year old almost had his arm broken because the teachers were not watching. I had to yell at the other kid to stop which is against the rules since they want the parents to be silent. The lack of staff is also reflected in the dirtiness of the gym, it’s very unsanitary. DO NOT put a credit card on file. As you can see from previous reviews, they will not inform you if a payment does not go through. They will send you to collections and not tell you for months just to try to get payment for a one year contract out of you while canceling your membership without your knowledge. They will gas light you and not help in any way to fix the situation even when they incorrectly give the credit company a wrong name, thus leaving you completely unable to access any information. They refuse to give the contracts or help remedy the situation. They severely lack communication to a level of unprofessionalism and genuine apathy. AVOID! Update: you are such a disgusting liar to talk about children like this! I hope you realize how horrible it looks on you. I never had any such conversation with you neither did I say anything like that ever! How is it so easy for you to LIE and SLANDER your own customers?! My kids do not even drink soda. They have played Pride soccer for two years, take Karate 3 days a week and just placed 1st & 4th at their tournament. All they drink is milk and water and their coaches love them! For you to talk like this now when you NEVER brought anything up in the past because you suck at communication is absolutely ridiculous! Either you are a compulsive liar or have harbored ill will towards a 5 & 6 year old for months. Explains why you were unwilling to protect them at least. What a sham of a business you are running!"

"I’ve been going here for three years consistently and it’s a great gym. Mike is extremely knowledgeable as he’s been fighting his whole life. He wrestled in college, trained bjj under Sergio penha, and trained mma under pat miletich. This isn’t his entire resume but just to give you an idea. Mikes bjj classes are good for both the beginner and experienced student. His wrestling classes are a fast paced workout and informative. My kids do the kids classes under Barb and they have so much fun learning and rolling in a family friendly environment. It’s also the only mma/bjj gym I’ve found in the springs area with a full weight room."
