"Good not great. My husband booked this place because it offered a package with breakfast and admission to the Hot Springs. Location is good, but you still have to walk outside and around a bit to get to the HS (it’s not connected to the Lodge). The staff were all friendly. The room was fine, somewhat generic. One complaint is that the housekeepers congregated outside our room and were talking loudly (hence the 3 stars)."

"I enjoyed the location! Felt like we were center of the activities. A short walk to food, a short walk to the hot springs, a short drive to the adventure park. The breakfast was a plus and the free access to the hot springs made this worth all the while. Not paying access for the springs and not paying for breakfast makes this worth the difference. Our rooms were tended too while we were away and the staff was very friendly at the front desk. If you plan on going to the hot springs daily, I recommend this location."

"We thought this was a solid value. Granted, we went during a non peak time and non peak day. Hotel seemed fairly updated and reasonably clean. The WiFi in our room was really slow and I couldn’t run any business meetings via Zoom from our room so I had to find a more public area near the lobby. It worked ok. The hot springs are a short walk and not connected to the hotel. It wasn’t too crowded for us and we enjoyed our time at the hot springs. It was included in the price of our room and we were able to spend the day there even after we were checked out. Included breakfast was just so-so and is also a bit of a walk from the hotel."

"My family has been visiting Glenwood every year since I was a little girl. We love the hot springs and really enjoy the hotel and cafe as well. The price seems to keep going up over the years which is a bummer. But it is a great place to go if you want to relax."

"Breakfast was alright, but everything else was fantastic. Great room. The 400 foot pool was so nice at 92 degrees, with lap sections and even a diving board. The therapy pool was a glorious 104 degrees with built in lounge chairs in the water complete with jets. The water doesn't smell like other hot springs, but it is very salty due to all the minerals. Gotta go back in a year when they've completed construction on another 5 or so pools."
