"Rude staff, no acknowledgement that I even existed even though I was the ONLY person in line and there were 2 staff??? Waited 10mins and dumped my goods and walked out. I don't mind waiting for service but I had no idea what I was waiting for. Felt to me like customers weren't as important as whatever is was they were doing. Maybe try saying hello to your customers. I still love B&L, just not shopping at Woden anymore."
