"Let me start by saying Zachary is not the cheapest option. He was the fourth moral character attorney I had called, and he charges an hourly rate rather than a flat fee. With that being said, I do not regret hiring him at all, and would not hesitate to do it again or recommend his services to anyone else in my position.
