"A good friend had lost a custom-made orthopedic insert while trying on shoes in Emerald City the other day. She called the store and asked if anyone had turned it in but no had. She was very depressed as it was quite painful to walk without it as well as it being extremely expensive to replace. She went back to the store and asked again, a few days later, but after a quick look the clerk did not find it. I went in today after the fantastic classic car show to check. There were two clerks in the shop, Stefan and Taylor. I explained the situation and they looked in the returned items area, as well as the shoes along the wall, checking inside to see if it was there, but it wasn't. I was about to leave, but then they both went into the back area, I guess to check the shoes in inventory, and then they came back--they had found it! I was so delighted with both of them for taking the extra time to find something that was very important to my friend. Thank you Stefan and Taylor!!"

"i love this shop and have never ONCE had a bad experience with the staff. i've seen a few people on here getting all upset because they were "condescended to", even though one of them LITERALLY ADMITS TO BEING IN THE STORE PAST CLOSING! these employees don't hate you, you're just being inconsiderate. respect retail workers, they have some of the toughest jobs on the market."
