"I was very impressed by the customer service at this store- Rob was very helpful but without being pushy. He offered help getting the right size and exactly when I needed it! Made me very comfortable and I felt very welcomed. Bianca was also very helpful later at the register. Helped me save $17 just by making an account on the nike app. Will definitely be coming back for all things Nike. Thank you guys!"
"I was at Nike the Grove, found some Nikes but not the right size. A guy told me to go to East store, they should have them over there. In the east store, couldn’t find them and they say we don’t have any mid dunk. We hadn’t have them for months. Then I found the serial code online and the guy who helped me asked to wait a second. And they were in the back and he also didn’t know why it wasn’t on shelve. Also found a pair of air flight 89 for 90$. Also a lot of refurbished (that don’t fit the Nike quality or misprint)shoes with a good discount."
