"Jacqueline and the entire staff today during my purchase provided me such great customer service. I don’t normally get on and give reviews but the overall experience I had in this old Navy was phenomenal. Thank you so much Jacqueline for helping me get all my sons swim gear. Usually in retail environments, customer service is not the best but today was super awesome and it really made my day. Thank you. I will come back 100%."

"Just went to an event and it was amazing they put this event for the foster youth of the community… There was a lady “helping” in the line. We had our things organized just in case we went over the event limit . But this lady stressed my foster youth by grabbing the bag and just throwing things on the counter and rushing her . Then she said “you should have budgeted” which we did but since she mixed things up now my foster was so confused and having a panic attack. Next time in a event like this employees need to be aware of how they treat the foster community. Some kids have huge anxiety issues and this lady was not helping."

"They should really look when taking off there tags on the bottom of the pants my daughter 7 years old went to go grab here pants and all I heard was a big yelling and she started to cry really bad because they did not remove the needle on the bottom not good at all"
