"The set of ignition coils that i purchased were defective. Two days after purchasing I tried to return them to the Los Alisos store. The manager (Mike Sanchez) refused to issue a refund. He didnt want to "reduce his sales quota". And, when I tried to reason with him, he walked away. This is not a good store to go to. I had my credit card company dispute this and I finally got the refund. Go anywhere else but not to this moronic store."
"I came here today for three things: Spline Key Socket, Loctite, and an adhesive promoter! They are all car related products! I was only able to find the Spline Key Socket (A special socket to remove wheel lug nuts). The cashier said that they accept returns as long as I don’t destroy the whole plastic packaging getting the socket out. After paying for it, and while I was at their parking lot, I made sure that it worked. Two thumbs up. Too bad they did not have the other two things that I needed. One of the guys at the cashier was actually looking for them, but no luck! The staff was very kind, friendly, and professional. The store was nice and clean. They also do speak Spanish, if anyone needs that. I guess Amazon and eBay will be my best bet!"
