"I've went to this dental since I was 7 to 8 years old and the staff always do they're best to be respectful and make your vist as painless as possible. And I'm 16 years old now and still go there to this day and they still treat me with respect and make my visits as painless as possible. And throughout the years I've never and i mean never seem the staff be rude or disrespectful to people and I find it to be extremely difficult to believe what the 1 star reviews are saying and personally think it's the other way around. So don't believe everything you see because i know these staff members will treat you with the same respect to as they do to me."
"Absolutely love the staff here. Been coming here with my 3 boys for 10 years. My kids are always comfortable & well known & most of all, respected! It doesn't get better than that!! As parents we are grateful to to be apart of their practice!!"
"Terrible. No compassion and NOT kid friendly. The dentist didn't even look in my kids mouth. He told me what he wanted to do because my son need work and I asked why he wanted to do it that way. His response was rude and said pretty much if I don't like I can go somewhere else. The atmosphere of this place was overall "ghetto." If you are trying to compare this to a real pediatric dentist like Kids Care dental, run the other way."
"We will be finding a new dentist. RUDE front staff. Horrible customer service. We had our appointment at 9am. We showed up at 8:55 on a freezing cold morning expecting to sign-in and sit and wait in the waiting room. The door was locked and the guy behind the desk just sat there and said "it's not 9 yet" so we had to go back to the car to wait. Soon after another family with a small baby came and he wouldn't open the door for them either. Just rude. Pissed me off. Last visit here. (The rest of the staff is friendly. And the office is clean. And the waits are never long)."
"The guy was a complete jerk to my special needs son n wanted to tie him down. He's autistic. The jerk just smiled n told us to find our own dentist. No compassion no love Horrible place for kids with special needs"
