"The service of this apartment has downgraded. Today I had a worst experience with the Pines/Redwood services team. Rude behavior and not helping me out when i was locked out due to mistake of their services. Suddenly, my key fobs and garage fobs stopped working. When I reached to their office, they said that we cannot serve you before 10 AM and when I said I was locked out, they only enabled one of the keys while garage fobs was still not fixed. The reason they say that they do not have any program codes available to fix this and will take few weeks for new program codes to come. The behavior of the staff was uncooperative and paying them $2700 rent with utilities does not sound good to me anymore. The question is where will I park my car? No one answered and no one take responsibility. The service has definitely degraded. This is not the first time i was locked out."

"Very shady management practices when trying to renegotiate lease terms. I have been a resident for about 2 years now and have been paying month to month premium in addition to the base rent. However for whatever reason, management decided to increase my base rate without any plausible reason and when I tried to negotiate the lease price was told rent is non negotiable. I gave my 30 day notice and checked today to find out that the listed rent amount for my apartment is less than what was quoted to me!"

"The residents services staff is unhelpful and rude. A system error led to an erroneous charge applied to my account, I've been trying to resolve it for 3 months. Every yime they say they will fix it, but they don't and every few weeks i have to re explain the issue to a new person. Meanwhile they have served me an overdue notice -- which, by the way, they were proactive in reaching out to me about! They don't respond to emails, I feel they are systematically avoiding acknowledging their mistake in writing. They keep asking me to come back another day to speak to the manager, and manager (Kayla) is never available, either on vacation or catching up on work after vacation! They don't have an issue in asking residents to sacrifice their work for repeated visits though."
