"My husband made an appointment for COVID test at this location. He used a state website to search for the locations that provide free testing for people who don’t have an insurance. He answered “no” to a question regarding whether he did or did not have a health insurance. There was nothing about making any payments. At CVS on Jackson in Murrieta he was refused to do the test twice. He lost his time while being very sick trying to get tested. When I asked the pharmacist when they changed the policy she was not able to tell when saying it’s been like that this year for a while. My son just had his test ( with no insurance) done at this location about 8-9 days ago. By the way, it was not our choice for not having the health insurance. We just couldn’t afford. II checked Walgreens website and they do warn that there might be a charge for the test. I did the appointment at Quest, called them to make sure it’s still free. I recommend Quest, and very upset with the customer service at CVS."

"This place is a freaking joke. The poor cashier is just trying to get by. Apparently the photo app and the website are not a combined entity? Come on CVS get your company together why put out a photo app that doesn't communicate with the store? The coupons are different and no communication on that feature? If you use the app the cost for 200 prints is $78 and if you use the website is $19! Ridiculous CVS delete the freaking app it's pointless and a waste of storage in people's phones."
"I was trying to call in a prescription for a patient before the pharmacy closed. The person on the phone refused to take the verbal prescription order and refused to give the patient who was waiting at the store information about a 24 hour pharmacy nearby. While I was in mid-sentence, explaining the urgency of the prescription, she then hung up on me!!! No explanation; terrible customer service. I will direct my patients to go to other pharmacies."
