"I absolutely disliked going and thinking of having to take my kids here every time for years. I've gave my business to Dr Sandy Kho for the past 17 years and as I hoped for it to get better it just never did, instead they worsened as a clinic group. The receptionists and nurses up front & inside have always been rude and careless. C'mon they're a pediatric office and they have staff who doesn't even care to interact with kids. The office was never clean including the restroom. Never stocked with the necessary. My kids all range in ages and I want to say last time Dr Sandy Kho actually saw my kids during a consultation was about 15 years ago. Back then was the day I should have stopped taking my children. When I said I had enough was about a month ago when they lost my babies vaccination record for his 2 months. I fought with them about it because I was there and my son had 2 bandages and a picture to prove it but instead they all denied their mistake and covered each other."
"Worst experience ever!!! this is by far the worst pediatric office in the whole city of el monte. I took my daughter in as an emergency, I was told walkin's where accepted before 3pm so I got there before 3pm. The staff was not friendly at all did not care or help with anything, they where more into their personal cellphone than in helping the patients. I waited there for about 3 hours to been seen by the doctor not once did the staff try to accommodate for the long wait, they didn't even check on us or tell us sorry about the wait the doctor will see you soon. They gave me a prescription which apparently was not suitable for a 3 year old (pills) the pharmacist tried to help by calling the doctor and asking them to change the prescription to a liquid antibiotic but the doctor didn't response until the next day and when they did respond they just said to smash the pills or give them to my child in a banana. What kind of a pediatrician is so inconsiderable that will tell me to smash the pills into my child's food instead of changing the prescription. This is very unprofessional office all around from the front staff to the doctor. STAY AWAY!!!! I ended taking my child to her regular doctor and she was given the correct prescription and is now feeling better."
