Since then, they have been very communicative in planning and scheduling appointments. I never feel out of place or rushed during my visits. I work in healthcare and I understand how challenging it can be to deliver good care, despite the challenge, they are always so patient and kind. They always involve me in care by letting me know exactly what I might experience during cleanings and procedures before they start. They involve me even in the little things, like asking what I’d prefer to watch during my visit. I always feel welcome and feel they care just as much about my experience as they do my dental needs.
