"So I started at this gym approximately 6 months ago, and all was well it’s a fairly clean gym, the locker rooms have a odor, and for the amount that’s charged it’s just average at best. Well fast forward to now and I’ll explain my situation, I travel back and forth from Texas to Cali every month and sometimes for 2 weeks at a time, and when I’m there I use the facility 3-4 times a week. So safe to say at the $600+ I’ve spent I have more than paid my fair share. Well my work assignment ended and I’m no longer traveling back to Cali I found this out around the begin to middle of sept and found out I’d have one more trip so I would just cancel my membership then and that would be it.. no that wasn’t it, I was told I needed to cancel by the 15th and that the local location could waive my next months due, but that it may get kicked back at corporate. I thought that was a bit unfair because it was never explained that I needed to cancel by the 15th; but I figured let’s see what they’ll due being they’ve been at this location forever and they seem like decent people running the business, boy was I let down, I have family members that go to this location and I will be urging them to take their business elsewhere as well. Good luck with your shotty business practices even in 2023 y’all still operating like “whelp sorry we can’t do anything”."
